
2026 Founders' Scholarship
The 2026 Mid-Atlantic Neurodiagnostic Society Founders’ scholarship will provide one
eligible winner with free admission including CEUs, hotel accommodations, and up to
$200 reimbursement for travel related expenses to attend the September 26-27, 2026
conference at the Hollywood Casino at the Meadows in Washington, PA.

Qualifications
250 - 400 Word Essay
Write and upload a 250 to 400 word essay that briefly explains what makes you passionate about neurodiagnostics, your career goals, and how this scholarship will help you.
Employer Assistance
You must not be eligible for reimbursement of conference registration or travel expenses AND must also currently be in good standing with your academic institution and/or employer.
Service Name
You will provide your contact information as well as your supervisor, manager or instructor’s contact information for verification purposes. Although you will provide your personal information, all applications will remain anonymous when selecting a recipient.
Student/Employment Status
In order to qualify, you must either be currently enrolled in a neurodiagnostic training program as a student or employed full-time as a neurodiagnostic technologist.
ABRET Code of Ethics
You must agree to abide by the ABRET Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice (link below).
Rules and Limitations
Only online applications submitted before the deadline will be considered.
Vendors, members of the Mid-Atlantic Society Board of Directors, and their immediate families are not eligible.
The scholarship award is not transferable.
No in-person or mail-in applications will be accepted.
The Mid-Atlantic Neurodiagnostic Society reserves the right to use the winner’s name and edited excerpts from their essay for the sole purpose of promotions in all media related to the Mid-Atlantic Neurodiagnostic Society’s non-profit
educational mission.
The scholarship award including hotel accommodations and conference fees are not redeemable for cash.
Applicants agree that eligibility may be subject to verification.
The scholarship award decision made by the Mid-Atlantic Society’s Board of Directors will be considered final.
If the winner is not able to attend the event in person, online attendance will be offered as a substitute.
